A Few Words About Ludovic, The YE Master

What inspires you in teaching yoga (beyond the technical aspect)?
"Opening new perspectives for practitioners, sharing practical techniques for well-being, and creating moments of joy with each experience."

Which style of yoga do you particularly enjoy?
"I believe it’s essential to blend different yogic schools of thought to reveal their true, global essence. Personally, I’ve chosen to combine:

  • Raja Yoga – based on 8 pillars, to structure my lifestyle.

  • Power Yoga – for physical strength and mental resilience.

  • Yin Yoga – for harmony and deep postural work.

  • Kriya Yoga – for supramental connection and energetic engineering.

Ultimately, I’ve created a sustainable program of human engineering grounded in multiple sciences, including yogic sciences."

What drives your desire to launch a yoga project?
"To elevate the human being."

What fascinates you about yoga?
"The depth and mystery of its teachings — and their powerful roots in ancient wisdom."

How did yoga enter your life?
"Through books. I devoured texts on esotericism, occultism, and theosophy. I read the sacred yogic scriptures and began to perceive a satisfying, cohesive logic through the teachings of thinkers like Bernard de Montréal, Gurdjieff, Socrates, Machiavelli, Epictetus, Kardec, and others.

Yoga became the perfect medium for me to unite physical, mental, energetic, and spiritual work."

What has it changed in your life?
"Yogic and supramental sciences have strengthened my ability to respond to life’s situations and events. Physically, I’ve gained flexibility and strength. On deeper levels, I’ve expanded my awareness of different dimensions of reality, awakened inner power, sharpened my will, and deepened my intuition."
